Caching Layer
An in-memory cache in front of your database. Includes:
- Query and page caching;
- Expiry policies;
- Cache invalidation.
What you receive: faster responses and lower database load.
Redis powers high-performance applications through in-memory data storage. We use Redis for caching, session management, real-time features, message queues, and distributed locks. Its speed and versatility make it a strong choice for applications that need low-latency access and real-time features.

What you receive: faster responses and lower database load.
Shared session storage for multi-server applications. Includes:
What you receive: sessions that work across multiple servers.
Pub/Sub messaging and live notifications. Includes:
What you receive: live updates without heavy polling.
Job queues and task scheduling. Includes:

A transparent, predictable process from first contact to ongoing support
We start by listening. Please call us, send an email, or book a video call. We’d like to hear about the project you want to build or the problem you would like to solve, what you’ve tried so far, and any deadlines or budget constraints. If we need to look at your existing project before recommending a direction, we’ll discuss that next step with you.
An NDA is a document designed to protect your ideas, business plans, and any other sensitive information you can’t discuss with everyone.
While the NDA is listed as the second step in this workflow, it can be signed at any point, even before the discovery call. It doesn’t cost you anything, so please feel free to ask for it whenever necessary.
After evaluating your requirements, we send you a proposal. Normally, that’s a Master Service Agreement (MSA) plus a Scope of Work (SoW).
The MSA sets out the general terms of how we work together. Each Statement of Work (SoW) then defines the scope, responsibilities, timeline, and pricing for a specific engagement.
The SoW is where we define the project, timeline, budget, acceptance criteria, and everything else not covered by the MSA.
If you decide to give us more work (and why not, we’re quite good at IT), we don’t sign another MSA. We simply sign a new SoW under the same MSA.
Once agreed, we get to work.
The SoW sets out what we’ll deliver, the timeline, and our responsibilities. We’ll keep you updated as the work progresses and discuss any issues that could affect delivery.
We deliver the work defined in the Statement of Work (SoW) and review it with you against the agreed acceptance criteria. Depending on the engagement, this may include deploying software, handing over code and documentation, or presenting findings and recommendations.
Software Development projects: full code ownership, no licensing or royalties. 30 days of code warranty included.
Support is optional and mainly applies to software development projects rather than advisory engagements.
If you need help after launch or ongoing software maintenance, we can discuss retainer options. You decide whether you’d like us to stay involved after delivery.
Describe your performance or real-time needs. We'll implement Redis solutions.
