Systems Integration

Your business systems should work together seamlessly, without manual work in between. We connect APIs, databases, CRM, ERP, accounting software, e-commerce platforms, and internal tools, and replace spreadsheets and repetitive data entry with automated workflows. From simple data synchronization to complex multi-step processes, we design solutions that reduce errors, improve data accuracy, and free your team to focus on higher-value work.

Integration & Automation Services

API Integration

Connect applications via REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and custom integrations. Especially beneficial for:

  • Companies whose systems don't talk to each other;
  • Teams copying data between tools by hand;
  • Products that need to connect to partner or vendor platforms.

What you receive: reliable, documented integrations with error handling, retries, and monitoring.

Data Synchronization

Keep data consistent across systems and eliminate duplicate entry. Especially beneficial for:

  • Businesses with the same customer or product data in several systems;
  • Teams fixing mismatched records and duplicates;
  • Companies that need near real-time data across tools.

What you receive: a scheduled or near real-time sync with conflict handling and an audit trail.

Workflow Automation

Automate multi-step, multi-system processes. Especially beneficial for:

  • Processes that depend on emails, approvals, and handoffs;
  • Teams spending hours on repetitive steps;
  • Operations where human error is costly.

What you receive: automated workflows that run the same way every time, with alerts when something needs a person.

ERP Integration

Connect your ERP system with CRM, accounting, inventory, e-commerce and other business software. Especially beneficial for:

  • Companies running an ERP alongside CRM, accounting, or e-commerce;
  • Finance and operations teams re-entering orders and invoices;
  • Businesses moving to a new ERP.

What you receive: an ERP connected to your other systems, with data flowing in both directions where needed.

E-commerce Integration

Sync inventory, orders, and customer data between your store, payment processors, and fulfillment systems. Especially beneficial for:

  • Online stores with separate inventory, accounting, or fulfillment systems;
  • Merchants selling on several channels;
  • Teams processing orders by hand.

What you receive: orders, inventory, and customers kept in sync across your store, payments, and fulfillment.

Reporting & Analytics

Consolidate data from multiple systems into unified reporting and dashboards. Especially beneficial for:

  • Managers pulling reports from several systems into spreadsheets;
  • Companies without a single source of truth;
  • Teams making decisions on outdated numbers.

What you receive: unified dashboards and scheduled reports built on consolidated, up-to-date data.

Spreadsheet Replacement

Move off spreadsheets into proper databases and applications. Especially beneficial for:

  • Businesses running critical processes in spreadsheets;
  • Teams struggling with versions, errors, and access control;
  • Spreadsheets that have outgrown what they were built for.

What you receive: a database-backed application that keeps what works and removes the manual work.

Scheduled Tasks

Automate periodic jobs, reports, backups, data processing, and cleanup. Especially beneficial for:

  • Teams running the same reports, exports, or cleanups by hand;
  • Systems that need regular backups or data processing;
  • Jobs that fail silently today.

What you receive: reliable scheduled jobs with logging and alerts when something goes wrong.

Communication Automation

Automated emails, notifications, reminders, and alerts based on business events. Especially beneficial for:

  • Businesses sending reminders, confirmations, or follow-ups by hand;
  • Teams that miss important events in their systems;
  • Customers who expect timely updates.

What you receive: automated messages and alerts triggered by real business events.

Quality & Compliance

Enforce business rules, validation, and compliance requirements automatically. Especially beneficial for:

  • Companies with business rules enforced only by memory and checklists;
  • Teams that need business rules applied the same way every time;
  • Teams fixing the same data errors again and again.

What you receive: rules and validations built into your systems, with logs of what was checked.

How We Work

A transparent, predictable process from first contact to ongoing support

Roadmap

01 – Discovery

We start by listening. Please call us, send an email, or book a video call. We’d like to hear about the project you want to build or the problem you would like to solve, what you’ve tried so far, and any deadlines or budget constraints. If we need to look at your existing project before recommending a direction, we’ll discuss that next step with you.

  • Initial call to discuss your goals and constraints
  • Review of existing systems or requirements

02 – NDA

An NDA is a document designed to protect your ideas, business plans, and any other sensitive information you can’t discuss with everyone.

While the NDA is listed as the second step in this workflow, it can be signed at any point, even before the discovery call. It doesn’t cost you anything, so please feel free to ask for it whenever necessary.

03 – Proposal

After evaluating your requirements, we send you a proposal. Normally, that’s a Master Service Agreement (MSA) plus a Scope of Work (SoW).

The MSA sets out the general terms of how we work together. Each Statement of Work (SoW) then defines the scope, responsibilities, timeline, and pricing for a specific engagement.

The SoW is where we define the project, timeline, budget, acceptance criteria, and everything else not covered by the MSA.

If you decide to give us more work (and why not, we’re quite good at IT), we don’t sign another MSA. We simply sign a new SoW under the same MSA.

04 – Engagement

Once agreed, we get to work.

The SoW sets out what we’ll deliver, the timeline, and our responsibilities. We’ll keep you updated as the work progresses and discuss any issues that could affect delivery.

05 – Delivery

We deliver the work defined in the Statement of Work (SoW) and review it with you against the agreed acceptance criteria. Depending on the engagement, this may include deploying software, handing over code and documentation, or presenting findings and recommendations.

Software Development projects: full code ownership, no licensing or royalties. 30 days of code warranty included.

06 – Support

Support is optional and mainly applies to software development projects rather than advisory engagements.

If you need help after launch or ongoing software maintenance, we can discuss retainer options. You decide whether you’d like us to stay involved after delivery.

  • Ongoing maintenance and bug fixes as needed
  • Flexible support agreements, no long-term lock-in
  • Direct line back to the team that built it
